Northwest Bank has opened a mortgage loan office at 2401 W. Trevi Place in Sioux Falls, according to SiouxFalls.Business. The announcement did not give an opening date.

The Sioux Falls office is staffed by mortgage loan originator Noah Slagter, who has four years of mortgage lending experience with Northwest Bank in the Des Moines market, the announcement said.

The office will focus exclusively on home financing, according to SiouxFalls.Business. Slagter said the bank is bringing its construction lending program to the Sioux Falls market to help borrowers through the homebuilding process.

Travis Simpson, the bank’s regional president, said in a statement that the bank was expanding its mortgage lending presence in Sioux Falls and introducing Slagter to the community.

Northwest Bank serves customers through 22 locations in 19 communities across Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, the announcement said.
